Rib pins are cut off straight at both ends, and have a rip on the shaft. Their primary use is in the electrical industry, as connecting elements or as distance elements. These parts are usually made of brass and copper. Terminal pins are retracted at one end and cut off straight at the other end. They are predominantly used in the electrical industry as connecting elements, for plugs or for soldered joints.
